We at Incubate-IQ ("Incubate-IQ," "we," "our," or "us") value the privacy of individuals who use the Incubate-IQ websites located at www.incubate-iq.com (the "Site") and Incubate-IQ products and services (collectively with the Site, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes the information we collect from visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services ("you" or "your"), how we use and disclose such information, and the steps we take to protect such information. By visiting the Site and/or using the Services, you consent to the privacy practices described in this Policy.

This Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Incubate-IQ Terms of Service. This Policy incorporates our Data Protection Addendum. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information: While using the Services, we will ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Information"). Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address, location, payment information, government identification information, and other contact and identifying information. You may provide us with Personal Information when you register for an account, use the Services, contact customer support, sign up for marketing materials, or otherwise communicate with us. Please note that if you choose not to provide us with certain Personal Information or opt out of certain contact permissions, we may not be able to provide you with certain parts of the Services.

Usage Information: We collect information about how you interact with the Services, which may include device type, IP address, operating system, browser type, referring web site address, activity on our website, device ID, access dates and times, location, information about your transactions on the Services, and other system activity. In many cases, the information we collect using cookies and other tools is used in a non-identifiable manner without reference to Personal Information. Personal Information We Collect Through Our Social Media Sites: We have pages on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and others ("Social Media Pages"). When you interact with our Social Media Sites, we collect personal information that you choose to provide to us, such as your contact information. In addition, the companies that host our Social Media Sites may provide us with aggregate information and analytics about the use of our Social Media Sites.

Personal Data Processed on Behalf of Clients: In order to provide the Services, our Platform connects to our clients' systems and to third party services used by our clients to access financial, accounting, and related data of our clients and their clients. Through these connections, we may receive personal information about employees and customers of our customers and our customers' customers that they provide to us, such as employee names, titles, and contact information; vendor names and contact information; transaction history; and customer names, contact information, and financial information. We process this information in accordance with our Terms of Service and other agreements with our customers. We do not have a direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information we process on behalf of our clients. If you are such an individual and no longer wish your information to be used by one of our customers using our services, or if you wish to access, correct, or request deletion of your information, please contact the customer with whom you are interacting directly.

Third Party Cookies: When you use and visit the Services, we may also use third-party services such as Google, Facebook, Intercom and others that use cookies to collect information about you. Third parties may also use cookies, web beacons or other devices to collect information when you use the Services. Incubate-IQ does not control any cookies or other data collection devices that may be placed on the Site by third parties, and this Policy does not cover the use of such cookies and/or other data collection devices by third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of such third parties to learn more about the information they may collect and the choices you have regarding the collection, use and sharing of such information. We are not responsible for the practices of, or the information or content provided by, any websites or services linked to or from the Services. Please remember that if you use a link to go from the Services to another website, this Policy does not apply to those third-party websites or services. 3. How we protect your information.

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including to satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. To comply with applicable laws and regulations governing our provision of the Services, we may retain certain Personal Information for seven years after receipt. We may also retain and use your personal information for as long as necessary to resolve disputes and/or enforce our rights. Where we rely on your consent to process your Personal Information, you have the right to refuse consent and/or, where consent has been given, to withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal of your consent. In addition, in certain circumstances, you may ask us to delete your personal information. Please note that if you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your Personal Information, we may not be able to provide certain aspects of the Services.

They will only process Personal Information on our behalf and are subject to confidentiality obligations. 4. International Transfers and Your Rights

European Users: If you choose to use the Services from the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United Kingdom, Switzerland or other regions of the world with data collection and use laws that may differ from U.S. law, please note that you are transferring your Personal Information outside of those regions to the United States of America for storage and processing. We offer the European Union Model Clauses, also known as the Standard Contractual Clauses, to meet the adequacy and security requirements for our customers operating in the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other international transfers of Personal Information (the "Model Clauses"). These Model Clauses are attached to and incorporated into our Privacy Addendum.

As described in this Policy, we may share Personal Information with third parties and may be required to disclose information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
